I am a health coach, speaker and women’s wellbeing advocate, specialising in helping women over 40 restore energy, clarity and confidence through better everyday nourishment.
For the past six years, I’ve supported women through talks, workshops, small groups and 1:1 coaching — helping them understand their bodies, build healthier relationships with food and create calmer, stronger foundations for long-term wellbeing.

Work
I don’t just speak — I work closely with women in many settings, offering wellbeing talks for workplaces, spas, retreats and events, as well as small-group workshops, women’s wellbeing circles, nutrition and food education sessions, and 1:1 coaching. My work gives women practical guidance for healthier living at home, helping them navigate fluctuating energy, hormonal changes, food overwhelm, emotional eating, confidence around cooking, stress, clarity and daily rhythm. I specialise in supporting women over 40 through the real transitions of midlife and helping them feel grounded, nourished and more in control of their health.
Passion
My passion runs far deeper than speaking about wellbeing — I want to transform the way women and families relate to food, health and the home. I believe every home should be a place where good food is normal, not complicated; where healthy habits are learned early and practised often; where bodies are listened to and understood; and where mealtimes create connection, care and conversation.
I want women to feel empowered, not confused, by nutrition, and I want families to nourish themselves with confidence rather than leaning on isolation, UPFs and rushed eating. My mission is to bring love, understanding and calm back into the kitchen, and to install long-lasting foundations of health in homes everywhere through food knowledge, body awareness and positive daily habits.
